FAQs
How often should my child wear their Happy-Skin clothing?
Our sleepsuits should be worn 24/7 during eczema flare-ups. The more HappySkin is worn, the more benefit your child will get.
How do HappySkin garments heal skin and relieve itching?
DreamSkin Technology is a unique coating that helps manage moisture in eczema-prone and sensitive skin. It releases excess moisture when it’s warm and locks it in when temperatures drop, helping to prevent dryness and reduce itching.
In a study, clothing treated with DreamSkin showed significant skin hydration improvements after 14 days, peaking on day 7. The results also showed a 40% increase in skin cell viability after 24 hours, compared to untreated fabrics.
By supporting the skin’s moisture balance, DreamSkin helps soothe irritation, ease eczema flare-ups, and protect delicate sensitive skin – naturally and gently.
How should I wash my HappySkin garments?
You can wash HappySkin® using regular sensitive skin detergent at 40°C or less in a whites only wash load. The polymer coating on our garments will continue to last for up to 40 washes.
How soon can I expect to see results?
Many parents see noticeable skin improvements within 4 to 7 days of using HappySkin garments. However, the full healing process may take longer — especially if your baby’s skin has been previously exposed to paraffin, petroleum-based creams, or heavy oils, which can slow down skin barrier repair.
HappySkin’s built-in DreamSkin® coating works best on cleansed, parrafin and steroid-free skin.
